DEED OF DONATION
Know all men by these presents:
This Deed of Donation is entered this (Date of Signing) in (Place of Signing) by and between:
(NAME OF DONOR), of legal age, single/married, Filipino and with residence at (Address of Donor), hereinafter referred to as the DONOR;
and
(NAME OF DONEE), of legal age, single/married, Filipino and with residence at (Address of Donee), hereinafter referred to as the DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a unit of (Description of the Personal Property to be Donated);
WHEREAS, due to the generosity and appreciation of the DONOR, he/she wishes to donate the said (Property) to the DONEE and the latter has accepted the same;
NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, the parties hereto hereby agree upon the following terms and conditions, to wit:
1. The DONOR by these presents hereby GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation unto the DONEE the herein described (Property), free from all liens and encumbrances:

2. For the purpose of giving effect to the donation, the DONOR has reserved for him/herself in full ownership sufficient property to support him/her in a manner appropriate to his/her needs and that this donation is not made with intent to deceive or defraud his/her creditors, other heirs or any third person.
3. The DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in its favor by the DONOR, and hereby manifests his/her gratefulness for the DONOR’s generosity.
