This Deed of

interest therein.

hereby acknowledged to the complete and entire satisfaction of the Buyer,
Seller hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and forever unto the Buyer,
his/her heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest all said personal properties
above-described.
That the said personal properties are free from any existing liens and encumbrances
and Seller can freely dispose the same.
