Special Power of Attorney (Processing of Visa Application at the Bureau of Immigration)



SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

            I, ________________, of legal age, Filipino, single/married, and a resident of ______________________________ hereby appoint, name and constitute ______________________, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of _______________________________, as my true and lawful attorney and representative to do any and all of the following acts and deeds:

1.)   To act on my behalf in all matters relating to the petition of _____________________ (name of petitioning company), where I am President and acting on its behalf, for the issuance of Provisional Work Permit (PWP) and Pre-Arranged Employees (Commercial) Visa under Section 9 (g) and Section 20 of the Commonwealth Act No. 613, before the Bureau of Immigration, to ___________________ (name of visa applicant), a Korean national, of legal age and a resident of ________________________. Furthermore, to process and effect the said application.

2.)   To do all acts necessary for these purposes including the authority to represent, receive/claim any documents from the Bureau of Immigration and make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be necessary for the release of these documents, for and in my behalf.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do or perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or her duly appointed substitute, representative or staff shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by virtue of these presents, with full power of substitution.
