SELL
KNOW ALL MEN BY
THESE PRESENTS:

OF PERSON AUTHORIZED), Filipino, of legal age, single/married, and a

the AUTHORITY TO SELL my property situated at (Location of Property) and more particularly described and bounded

following terms and conditions:
1)
That the selling price for the

case shall the bottom price be less than (AMOUNT

That if the authorized agent will
be able to negotiate and close the deal with the price above (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS (Php Amount in Figures), I will receive
the (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS (Php Amount in Figures) and he gets the
whole jacked-up price. But if the price
is (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS (Php Amount in Figures), I will only
receive (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS (Php Amount in Figures) and the agent
gets the (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS (Php Amount in Figures);
3)
That if the said agent sells
the property at (AMOUNT IN WORDS) PESOS
(Php Amount in Figures), he shall be
entitled to a commission of five percent (5%) of the selling price ;
