2. That one of the requirements for
the transfer of the certificate of title is the payment of real property
taxes covering both the land and any improvements if there was any;
3. That I hereby certify that my
property does not have any improvement of whatever kind and nature and it remained
idle up to the time the property was sold;
4. That I am executing this Affidavit
to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose
this may serve;
